All UK nationals arriving in Cyprus who apply for residency after 31st January 2021 will be third country nationals. The rules regarding residency will depend upon individual circumstances.

Individuals can visit Cyprus for 90 days in any 180 day period. Your passport will be stamped on entry and exit. For individuals who wish to reside for longer periods the procedure to apply for residence will depend on the reason an individual wishes to reside in Cyprus.
