Appointments for Cyprus Immigration – UPDATE

Please see below the official announcement from the Immigration department.
The online booking service for appointments at immigration offices has been terminated.
It is important for individuals to note that with effect from 16 March 2023,

APPOINTMENTS PREVIOUSLY MADE ON THE ONLINE PORTAL, UP TO AND INCLUDING MAY 19TH 2023 REMAIN VALID.

ANY APPOINTMENTS MADE ON THE ONLINE PORTAL AFTER MAY 19TH 2023 ARE CANCELLED AND MUST BE RESCHEDULED

For appointments in all offices except Nicosia
INDIVIDUALS MUST BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT BY:
EMAIL, TELEPHONE OR IN PERSON.

PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE CIVIL REGISTRY AND MIGRATION DEPARTMENT – 16/03/2023 02:09:57 pm

The public is informed that the use of the electronic platform for appointment arrangement at the Civil Registry and Migration Department for the submission of applications is terminated. Hence, any appointments arranged through the electronic platform from March 20, 2023 onwards are cancelled.
For service at the CIVIL REGISTRY AND MIGRATION DEPARTMENT in NICOSIA, the public is informed that as of March 20, 2023, they can arrive without an appointment, except for the following categories of permits where special arrangements apply:

– Companies of foreign interests
– Shipping companies
– Intra-Corporate Transfers
– Digital Nomads
– Start – up visa
As of March 20, 2023, appointments are rescheduled as follows:

(a) For registration of the first employees of new companies registered as Companies of Foreign Interests from the Business Facilitation Unit of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, service will be on a first come – first served basis, without an appointment.

(b) For the rest of the applications, predetermined fixed weekly appointments for specific providers have been set, based on volume and frequency of applications submitted.

(c) Smaller offices and individuals will be served daily on a first-come – first served basis, without an appointment
